The Green Goddess

8 oz. apple juice

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ tablespoon of chlorella powder

1-3 dashes of cinnamon
Mix in a blender for ten seconds. Lie back in your hammock and gaze at the dappled shadows of the swaying trees in the hazy shade of a sizzling summer.
The Green Goblin

2 apples

A small chunk of carrot

1 stick of celery

½ teaspoon chlorella powder

½ teaspoon wheatgrass powder

1 large handful of mixed green leaves - watercress, kale, parsley, spinach or whatever other green leafy vegetables are available

1 inch chunk of cucumber

1 inch of broccoli stem

1 small handful alfalfa sprouts

1 inch slice unpeeled raw beetroot

1 small piece of lemon, preferably wax-free, with rind on

Feed all the ingredients into a Juicer, chopped into whatever size the machine will take. Then pour the juice into a liquidiser and add the chlorella and wheatgrass powders. Pour over ice, buckle up and feel the energy!

8 oz. Tomato juice

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

3 cups chilled unsweetened cranberry juice

¾ chilled pomegranate juice

1 cup (250 ml) fruit juice

1/2 cup (125 ml) blueberries

½ med banana

¾ c calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk
1. MICROWAVE water on high until steaming hot in a small bowl. Add tea bag and allow to brew for 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
2. COMBINE berries, banana, and milk in a blender with ice crushing ability.
3. ADD tea to blender. Blend ingredients on ice crush or highest setting until smooth. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture.) Pour smoothie into tall glass and serve
