TERMS AND CONDITIONS Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. DELIVERY Subject to availability of stock and credit clearance, all goods will be despatched within one day of the order being placed. Courier delivers orders over 2kg and Cleansing Packages, with a signature required on delivery and a next-day delivery service (in England, Wales and parts of Scotland). All other orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail(a courier service is available at no extra charge. Please call 01342 410 303 to arrange this delivery). Orders under £50 are subject to a £4.95 charge for postage and packaging and orders over £50 are free of delivery charge in England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Overseas orders, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, will be despatched by Parcel Force and require a signature on delivery. Delivery time and charges vary by location RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are unhappy with any goods received, you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt, for an exchange (postage will be added subject to size and weight of the package) or full refund (postage will not be refunded). Goods must be returned unused or unopened and in their original packaging. Intestinal Bulking Agents can be exchanged for Special Formula Bulking Agents and vice-versa within 6 months of receipt. Please include a cheque of £ 4.95 payable to Best Care Products Ltd for postage and packaging. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will process your request for replacement items or a refund. We will notify you as soon as your request has been processed. Do not accept and sign any damaged package. If a product is damaged please contact us to inform us of the situation within 24 hours. Later than this, you will not be entitled for an exchange or full refund. You will not normally receive a refund on postage and packaging charges unless Best Care Products Limited is at fault i.e. we sent you the wrong products. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
